Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen Platform Product Delivery Lead (m/w/d) DevOps, IAM/RBAC & Observability für den voraussichtlichen Zeitraum bis 10/2025 mit der Option auf langfristige Verlängerung. In diesem großen Greenfield-Projekt kann unter Nutzung moderner Technologien ein Beitrag zur Energiewende geleistet werden. Das Projekt ist als Vollzeitbeschäftigung geplant. Mindestens eine Woche pro Monat findet vor Ort in Frankfurt am Main oder Berlin statt.

Project Description:
The team is building an internal platform for software product developers to accelerate the development and delivery of software products to tackle the massive challenges facing the energy sector. The Platform is a service oriented, cloud-native platform that is being built to provide application teams with self-service capabilities to develop, run and operate their software products. The Platform provides services for application infrastructure, data, service lifecycle management, application build and delivery as well as services to operate their software products. The platform is deployed as a hybrid cloud, encompassing both private cloud and selected public clouds.

Targets in that Position:
- Product Delivery (Platform Level): Ensure the successful delivery of EDP platform solutions to Product Operations
> Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of platform-level products for EDP
- Process Definition and Improvement: Define, operate, and continuously improve product delivery processes. This includes automating processes using appropriate tools
> Establishing and documentation efficient product delivery processes
> Implementation of automation tools to streamline the delivery workflow
> Continuously evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of these processes
- Quality Assurance Recommendations: Provide expert recommendations to enhance quality assurance practices
> Assessing current quality assurance methods and suggest improvements
> Implementation of best practices to ensure high-quality product deliveries
- Technical Coordination of Release Management: Manage the technical coordination of multi-release management
> Planning and coordinating multiple product releases
> Ensuring technical alignment with project goals and timelines
- Consulting on Dependency Management: Offer consulting services on dependency management related to product delivery
> Identifying and manage dependencies within the product lifecycle
> Providing strategic advice on handling interdependencies effectively
- Risk & Issue Management: Analyze and conceptualize risk and issue management strategies for product delivery
> Perform thorough risk assessments and issue analysis
> Development and implementation of risk and issue management frameworks

Must-Have:
- Deep knowledge from developing cloud in either private or public cloud environments
- CI/CD pipelines
- Deep understanding of operations of infrastructure in a large scale cloud environment
- Understanding of cloud platform and the building blocks
- Experience in observability, performance monitoring, and improving customer experience
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, DevOps practices, and IAM/RBAC principles and the associated observability solutions
- Competence in using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with the essentials of CI/CD pipeline management, including build, image registry, vulnerability scanning, and deployment processes
- Experience with building infra using open source tech and associated tools like terraform, helm, etc.
- Proven knowledge of setting up IT organizations and their processes
- Experience in consulting project teams through organizational change and adapting to new processes and technologies
