For our customer, we are looking for a Platform Product Manager (m/f/d) - Cloud Native DevSecOps.

Full-Time

Start: 11/17/2025

Location: ca. 80% remote, 20% onsite in Berlin

Tasks include:

Define and maintain the Product Strategy and Portfolio

Develop and maintain Product Specifications and Release Specifications

Stakeholder Communication

Ensuring Reliability & Efficiency

Profile Requirements:

The contractor must be at a senior level in Product Management of platform concerns with proven skills and experience in bringing to market cloud-native DevSecOps tool chains in either private or public cloud environments.

Must-have experience:

- Extensive Experience in Product Management for Platform Products

 - Extensive Experience in Product Strategy, Product Portfolio, Product Description and Product Specifications

- Proven Ability to gather requirements, translate to Specifications, and manage a Product Backlog

- Experience in Agile Methodologies, particularly Scrum, including experience with 2-week sprint cycles and quarterly planning processes

- Practical Experience with DevOps, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Tools and Developer Portal

-Experience with Cloud-Native Technologies and Hybrid Cloud Environments

- Broad technical knowledge of following services offered in any of the big 3 public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure):

o Kubernetes

o IAM and RBAC

o Observability/Monitoring

- Experience in Infrastructure automation such as Infrastructure-as-Code

- Demonstrated Experience in Stakeholder Management including communication skills for technical alignment

Must-have language skills:

- Fluent English in speech and writing (at least B2)

Preferred experience:

- Experience with Architectural Principles and Technical Guidelines

- Proficiency with Tools for Product Documentation and Backlog Management (e.g. Jira, Confluence)

- Experience in internal consulting or in a Customer Success function

- Experience within a large Enterprise or Programmatic Environment (Program Level Alignment)

- Experience in Energy Sector/Mission-Critical Systems
