For our costumer, we are looking for an experiences Product Owner (m/f/d) - Artifact Registry.

 

Capacity: Full-time

Start: 18th of May 2026

End: December 2026 + possible extension

 

Tasks:

Define and Maintain the Product Specifications and Release Specifications for Artifact Registry

Tasks:

- Coordinating with Product Management and Customer Success on the definition and refinement of

specifications for product and release planning

- Reviewing specifications in consultation with the System Architect to ensure consistency with architectural principles

and technical guidelines

- Ensuring that specifications are implemented effectively and reflect customer expectations and requirements

 

Develop a Product Strategy for Artifact Registry

Tasks:

- Materializing a strategy, and therefore scope of work for Artifact Registry

- Ensuring the realization and implementation in consultancy with the System Architect

- Coordinating with Platform Product Management and other Product Lines to integrate Artifact Registry within the platform

 

Pro-active Prioritization of features

Tasks:

- Assessing customer needs and engineering complexity, and documenting them in specifications

- Evaluating different points of view of stakeholders, and determining compromises in conclusion

- Making decisions and prioritizing backlog items based on feasibility

 

Development Cycle Management

Tasks:

- Consulting with stakeholders, e.g. Architecture, to manage the development cycle

- Gathering insights into requirements from stakeholders to convey them to project engineering

- Utilizing technical understanding of the tool stack and of the tools and products of other Product Lines to consult in development cycle decisions

 

Profile Requirements

The contractor must be at a mid-level with experience in Product Ownership in a complex, scalable platform project environment including excellent communication skills and a basic technical understanding of the tool stack.

 

Must-have experience

- Experience with Product Ownership

- Proven Ability to gather requirements, translate to Specifications, and manage a Product Backlog

- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)

- Experience with Registry tools (e.g. JFrog Artifactory) in an air-gapped environment

- Experience with DevOps, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) tools

- Experience in Stakeholder Management including communication skills for technical alignment

- Experience with documentation and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Markdown)

 

Must-have language skills:

- Fluent English in speech and writing (at least B2)

 

Preferred experience

- Fundamental experience with Kubernetes, IAM incl. RBAC, and Observability

- Experience in the Energy Sector or with Mission-Critical Systems
