Für unseren Kunden in Berlin/ Frankfurt suchen wir ab September 2025 einen Produkt Manager (m/w/d) für die voraussichtliche Dauer bis November 2025 mit der Option auf Verlängerung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Initial Analysis to understand and synthesize customer needs, pain points, and jobs-to-be-done related to observability.

- Development of a clear product vision for the observability product aligned with the strategy, particularly the

overall objectives for reliability, self-service, and operational excellence.

- Creation of a well-defined product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and enhancements, ensuring the

efforts are focused on delivering value to our customers.

- Providing communication of the roadmap for the observability product to relevant stakeholders effectively.

- Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies related to observability, identify product gaps

and opportunities for feature enhancements or new product offerings

- Prioritizing of features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends, ensuring

efficient use of resources.

- Coordination with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering and architecture to ensure features are

delivered on time and with high quality, removing blockers and clarifying priorities as needed.

- Coordination with QA to define and maintain high-quality standards for product releases.

- Coordination with operations for smooth feature rollout.

- Monitoring of the progress and ensure continuous improvement of observability features.

- Providing technical coordination, including dependency analysis and priority recommendations.

Ihre Anforderungen:

- The contractor must be at a middle level professionally with 3+ years of experience in product management and/or
observability related fields.

Must-have experience
- A minimum of 3 years of product management or product ownership experience.
- Experience with at least one public cloud platform (Kubernetes, Networking, Cloud Storage and Monitoring).
- Deep Experience in operational workflows and how observability helps to give a clear understanding of the lifecycle
of telemetry data in cloud environment
- Experience of DevSecOps practices such as CI/CD, GitOps, image and runtime security.
- Experience in gathering, analyzing and prioritizing customer requirements, conveying complex technical concepts to
non-technical stakeholders and advocating for the customer within the development team.
- Experience in creating a clear product vision and strategy and associated product management artifacts (Roadmap,
Product Specifications, Feature Backlogs, Product Descriptions etc.) in the voice of users/customers which are
aligned to that strategy.

Must-have language skills:
- Proficiency in both speech and writing in English (at least C1).

Preferred experience
- Relevant certifications in product management or cloud technologies are a plus.
- Experience with test-, behavior-, observability-driven development.
- Experience in agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, SAFE, JIRA, confluence).
- Experience to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
