Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab 07/2026 einen Developer Platform Product Owner (m/w/d) DevOps, IAM & Observability für die voraussichtliche Dauer bis 12/2026 mit der Option auf Verlängerung. Der Einsatz ist in Vollzeit geplant. Das Projekt findet größtenteils remote und ca. 3 Tage pro Monat vor Ort in Berlin oder Frankfurt am Main statt.

Aufgaben:
- Translate product strategy into actionable backlog and deliver value incrementally
- Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria to enable development
- Own and continuously refine the product backlog to maximize delivered value

Must Have:
- Senior-level product owner
- Hands-on experience working with engineering teams on developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and release automation
- Experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog for technical/platform products, translating product strategy into executable increments
- Experience in large and complex organizational environments and communicating information to various stakeholders in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum), with practical experience in sprint and quarterly planning
- Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring effective backlog management, documentation, and cross-team alignment
- Proven ability to define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs for technical product
- Experience in facilitating workshops, translating and deriving product requirements from technical concepts for different requirement groups
- Fluent English (spoken and written, at least B2 level)

Nice to Have:
- Broad technical understanding of building and operating the following capabilities in the context of private data centre and public cloud hosting:
> Container run-time platforms such as Kubernetes
> Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
> CI / CD toolchain components
> Observability / Monitoring
